Note: The flat rate covers lodging, firewood, and the community BBQ on Saturday. Families are responsible for their own meals outside the BBQ, as well as any personal camping gear (tents, sleeping bags, etc.).

Tents and Cabins
Tent & RV Sites: Pitch a tent or park your rig in the scenic Sherwood Forest area.
Rustic Cabins: Each cabin features 10 bunks with mattresses. Cabins are non-electric.
Bathrooms and Showers: Clean, private bathrooms and hot showers are available throughout camp.

From the quiet of the morning to the brilliance of the night sky, every moment here is an invitation to wonder. Imagine waking up beneath the canopy of giant sequoias and ending your day under a blanket of stars.
Whether you’re looking for the thrill of a hike to the waterfall, a refreshing afternoon swim in the pond, or a quiet hour for crafts and a nap, there is space here for both play and rest. Adventure—and peace—await!

Note: This is not a “drop off” camp for kids.
All minors must have a responsible adult stay with them.

Meals & Food?
The Saturday BBQ is provided!
For other meals, prepare food over fire or camp stoves.
To protect against wildlife, all food, trash, and scented items must be secured in vehicles or cabins at night.
Alcohol is prohibited.
Arrival and Departure Time?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM on Friday. We recommend arriving before sunset to allow time to settle in and get oriented.
Camp will conclude on Sunday after lunch, at which point we will break camp and depart.
Connectivity?
There is no WiFi in Sherwood Forest and cell reception is limited. Calvin Crest retreat center is a short walk away and does have WiFi if needed.

Accommodations?
Eight rustic-style cabins are available, with staff responsible for assigning one family or group per unit, which sleeps 8-10 people on bunk cots.
Bring sleeping bags and pillows or linens for bunks. Linens and bedding are not provided for cabin bunks.
There is no electricity or plumbing in cabins.
Private, single-stall bathrooms equipped with showers and electrical outlets are available, located separately from the cabins.
Tent sites are available on a first-come, first-served basis, meaning the first person to set up their tent secures the spot.

The cost covers your two night and one meal for your whole family.

Activities?
We offer a flexible, low-structure environment. While we offer Morning Prayer, Compline, Saturday BBQ, Sunday Eucarist, frisbee golf, crafts, day hikes, swimming, and nature walks, all activities are optional. Our goal is to provide space for your own pace of Worship, Wonder, and Rest.
Can I come if I don’t have camping gear?
Absolutely!
Whether you prefer four walls or a tent, we have you covered:
Cabin Lodging: Comfortable cabin accommodations are available for those who prefer a solid roof and a bed.
Gear Sharing: If you’d like to try tent camping but don’t own the equipment, we can coordinate with other parishioners to help you borrow what you need.
How to request help: Simply let us know you’d like to borrow gear in your registration form, and we will do our best to get you set up.
